Your cart is empty.Mobile Flex BB-100 Bottom Board Underbelly Wrap, 48" x 14ft, with a Lumintrail Keychain Light Mobile Flex is a special bottom closure, woven from black high-density polyethylene and extrusion coated with a continuous layer of low density polyethylene. The material is uniform in quality with no weak spots. Its beach puncture resistance is more than five times the minimum established by HUD! Staple hold out is excellent. Penetrations and cuts will not spread and can be easily patched using our Flex-Mend tape. MOISTURE- Mobile flex is totally impervious to water. Its strength cannot be adversely affected by moisture. Because of its black polyethylene coating, Mobile Flex qualifies as a vapor barrier. Technical report #19757 from Chicago Paper Testing Laboratory, Inc., reports the material to have an average perm rating of 0.037. DURABILITY- Mobile Flex is produced from a material that has been tested for durability and weatherability. After seven years of continuous, direct exposure to the elements in Arizona, the material retained 70% of its strength. The tapes and coatings are both chemically tested to ensure maximum performance. FLAMMABILITY- Mobile Flex is classified by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., as to surface burning characteristics. Mobile Flex tested out to zero flame spread and zero smoke developed. The tests were conducted in accordance with UL Standard Test Method for Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials, UL 723.

Not what we were expecting. I purchased 2 of these to cover a new replacement floor for our slide out. First these are very thin. Unsure about the waterproof aspect. We used 2.2nd, they are not 1 continuous piece of material, they are sealed (?) In spots, but the seals are not complete, so they come apart. We were using spray adhesive, so we re-glued where it came apart.Also, these are NOT cut straight. They are not even in shape. So be aware you will need to really watch as you place these if you are sparse on size..Probably would not purchase again.

I got a smaller roll because we only need is to use it for our master bathroom. It was very easy to work with and really strong. We put insulation on top of that and I feel like we have really good protection it was very easy to install and the price was good. It really looks nice and neat now.

We purchased this to replace the underbelly on the slide out of the camper. The previous underbelly was a bit thicker than this. It was the perfect size for what we needed. It will do the job...hopefully it will hold up.

This product fit the bill perfectly for some repair work I needed to do to the underbelly of my home. The material is if anything better than what is originally installed, very tough to penetrations but relatively easy to cut from the sides which works very well for cutting to size. Used some appropriate tape to adhere to original sections and so far has held up perfectly. Best of all is the size is just about right, not too small but not so big as to be too difficult to wrestle into position in the cramped confines of a crawlspace.
