Closest fit I’ve found to my skil. There a good quality and It fits the base pretty much perfectly. The biggest drawback is there are no vacuum holes. This causes a good bit of dust to deal with. Also that aids in the gumming of the sand paper.So if you’re not willing to punch out the vacuum hole or deal with the dust you might not want them.

I got these for my Skil 7292 palm sander. The rubber pad had almost worn to nothing. My only other options were to buy the entire pad assembly, or buy a new sander. The pad assembly cost anywhere from $30-45, almost the cost of a new sander. These cost $10.I got them super fast. I took my old sander and scrapped off most of the old rubber from my worn out pad. Didn't need to be perfect, but you need to reduce the thickness as much as possible since these pads are thick. I peeled the paper off the new pads and stuck it on to my sander. It's got an adhesive backing. The sand paper barely fits now, but it does fit. Hence the need to eliminate most of the old pad first. Works like a champ. Probably works better because the screws in the base were wearing away my paper prematurely. Not an issue any more. I'm happy to have a fully functional sander again. Well mostly. See below for the only issue.If you are concerned about the dust, these may be a problem for you. That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The dust collection process basically doesn't work any more. I didn't care because I was using it outside and the sanding functionality was more important than the dust aspect. But just be aware of this. I suppose you could cut holes to match those in the pad assembly, but not sure how that would work.Also not sure how long this pad will last either. But they came in a ten pack, so they might outlast me. Time will tell.

I have a ryobi, brahn, and millwalkie sanders; and I have to modify each pad, before applying. With an exacto blade, for screws and vent holes. Once stuck on tho, They STICK! To replace them is another chore all together!

My 30 year old palm sanders all needed new pads. I had a restoration business for close to 20 years so they were used daily. These pads were cheap and much better quality than expected. The only issue is they are 1/4 inch to narrow to fully cover the platen. I simply used one of the pads as a sacrificial one and cut 1/4 in. strips to cover the platen. They are sticky enough that they worked perfectly. So nice to have my sanders like new again, especially considering the cost to replace them. If I ever run out of these and I doubt I will, I'll reorder them from the same company.

I could not find these replacement pads in hardware stores. Just what I needed, it will alliw me to keeo using my palm sander.

They are a little short on one side but will work. The extra thickness keeps sand paper tensioned maybe adding life to the paper and definingly quieter. More time needed to determine ware resistance and adhesion.
