TLDR: The pole is fantastic and simple to assemble. It is absolutely worth every penny. As a beginner, I wholeheartedly recommend it.I have wanted a home pole for a long time and looked at investing in an X-Pole for quite some time. When the moment came to make a decision, I delved into my research. Despite X-Pole's enduring popularity, I began noticing a significant number of recent customer service issues online, with difficulties in reaching support agents. Many individuals expressed regret for not choosing Lupit pole instead.Considering my budget constraints though, I turned to social media for recommendations and was swayed to try a couple of more affordable poles. The first lacked sturdiness and did not feel secure, even though I'm very petite. The second proved challenging to install and secure. After weeks of setbacks and waiting for returns and refunds, I ultimately committed to purchasing a Lupit pole. In hindsight, I wish I had started with Lupit from the beginning due to its exceptional quality compared to other poles.My research into Lupit confirmed its excellent reputation, quality, and processes, and even better - I felt secure ordering since they have an Amazon store. Placing an order resulted in the arrival of my dream pole in just a few days (it arrived much quicker than the estimated delivery date). Assembly was effortless with the help of their instructional YouTube videos, even with an odd ceiling height and I put it up all by myself (also used a stud finder and a level). It performs beautifully in static mode and offers a perfect spin. I am absolutely thrilled with this pole.

Really easy to set up and I trust the strength of the pole tension when it comes to inversions and spins. My only gripe is due to my own preference; this pole material [Chrome] is very grippy compared to what I'm used to, making it difficult to slide down or up without that high-pitch pole squeak. *ouch* But I would 100% recommend this brand for new dancers or those wanting high grip.

Where to start?I've been wanting a home pole for ages, and have had my eye on an X-Pole for years. Now that it was time to finally pull the trigger, and I jumped into my research. While XP is still easily the most popular, I was picking up on a LOT of recent customer service issues online (customers having their card info stolen, double charges, endless processing times), all without being able to easily reach a customer support agent. Lots of these people stated that they wished they had gone with Lupit pole.Lupit really checked out and everything I read about the quality and process seemed really great-- and then I noticed they even had an Amazon store. I placed my order on a Monday evening, and the pole of my dreams arrived that Friday! The shipping was a little expensive, but it's a big and HEAVY box, so I get it. They also delivered it to my upstairs apartment door; what a pleasant surprise! Assembly was a breeze using one of their YouTube videos-- and this is with popcorn ceilings. I absolutely LOVE this pole.

Took a while for it to arrive but super happy with my purchase. Was easy to install and have had no issues! i do wish i bought a wider pole though as 42mm makes it harder to climb but at the time i bought this size since i have small hands. Going from spin to static is real easy as well and it's very sturdy! husband climbed it and tried some spins to make sure it was secure enough for me.

El producto llega completamente cerrado, muy bien protegido y con todas las piezas en perfecto estado.Fácil de instalar y quitar siguiendo las instrucciones del manual y con apoyo de un tutorial de YouTube para estar segura que todo está en orden.Una vez colocado el tubo es muy estable y seguro, gira súper bien; lo he usado para hacer inversiones y 0 problemas; además, la caja es eco-friendly.Aunque el envío fué rápido, la entrega fué un proceso largo por temas de cargos aduanales; Lupit se hizo cargo de todo eso una vez que me puse en contacto con ellos y resolvieron el problema para que yo obtuviera mi tubo.Gracias Lupit!

There is not a lot of wiggle room if it is not straight so use the level and walk around with it. This will cut your frustration. This is a well made piece so take your time it will come together.Since covid -19 now that I have a pole I get to have private shows every Friday and Saturday. awesome enjoy.

I’ve been poling for 4.5 years and this is my fourth (4!!) home pole. First was a generic cheapie from China. No, save your money and invest in a good Pole that will last you for the long haul.Next two were X-Pole and a Fit pole stage pole. X-pole is just fine. I don’t like the holes, the spin felt clunky. And set up and take down was meh. I never felt I could get a solid install.My fitpole stage is nice and easy to put up & down but there are draw backs to stage poles. It’s just a different pole for a different use. I use it for performing only and I was tired of doing pole in my gross garage (Because it requires super high ceilings) it was also $1.6k 🤯Finally got a Lupit and I think I’ve finally found THE ONE. I went with Lupit because this is what my home studio uses and I love the feel and quality of stainless steel over chrome.- Easy to put up (there’s a great you tube videoI followed).- Spin is smooth like butter.- The look and feel is just a solid construction you can tell they put much thought into design and quality into this. Sleek and beautiful.- comes with multiple parts to fit multiple ceiling heights. I moved from a home with 8ft ceilings to a home with 10ft and the transition was easy!*Keep in mind: ALL poles will be slippery right out of factory. You do have to “break in” the pole. So don’t panic if this is the case. I don’t find this pole to be that slippery but I didn’t notice I needed a bit more grip from the start.**One request: I’d love a carrying or storage case. My kid destroyed the shipping box immediately so it would be nice to have a bag to carry and transport with the parts.
