The bench becomes a little unstable due to the width of the bench legs when standing on it, but it is useful for most of the exercises we do.

The middle of the bench between the seat and the back support is not solid. So when you sit on it, it gives a little and flexes out which is annoying. It feels less sturdy because of this and honestly if it weren't such a hassle to return it, I would. So I guess I'm stuck with a subpar bench that will eventually end up annoying me to the point that this goes into a landfill and I try and get a new bench. Or maybe I can weld it to it stays together? I'm pretty frustrated.
