I bought this to dim the lights out at our Pool house and it has worked perfectly. If you’re looking for a Brown dimmer switch and going to the hardware store to get one, you’ve probably found like me that the hardware stores don’t carry the switch in the brown color, but I was able to find this here on Amazon that came in white but with an additional brown switch plate, the brown front plate was easy to replace and it looks great and of course Luton is a high-end brand. I have no doubt this will last for very long time .

Product eliminated humming noise I was getting from a standard dimmer switch for our fan. I would have given it five stars, but wish the low speed was just a little faster.

This switch performs exactly as detailed. No hum or distortion and simple and smooth. Great options in a fan switch. It does not use the small handles that so commonly break off on other switches. Customer is very pleased so what more could I ask for?
