First picture is low beam, second picture is high beam so everyone knows what to expect when adjusting. Easy to install, very bright, worth the money, haven’t been flashed once by oncoming traffic. No issues so far, will report back after a few months of use. Hoping they will work well in cold weather/snow as we are in Alberta Canada.

I don't write reviews often, but I just have to give my 2 cents for other budget minded folks who want a performance headlight without paying through the nose.I liked my SilverStar bulbs in the crappy Jeep JK light housing, gave me what I thought was a better light pattern and a brighter light than regular bulbs. What I hated was the approximately year life span the bulbs, at the price of over $80 for the pair, I was fed up. I started doing my research and came across these beauties, no halo which fit into how I wanted my jeep to look (already had brilliant halos in my fog lights). They looked just like the JW Speaker LED headlights I was drooling over for years, but I just did't have the $700 to $800 they wanted for those. Was going to go "cheaper" and was looking at the KC Highlights LED headlights for $500-$600 and even the Quadratec LED's for $200-$400. Decided that for a little more than the SilverStars, I would try these out, and even if they lasted me a year, it was money well spent. So install was pretty straight forward, I believe a little grinding with a dremmel was necessary like others said to get it to seat OK in the Jeep JK light buckets. They don't just slot in perfectly, just kind of sit where they're supposed to , but will be held in and solid once you get the trim ring in place. There is no anti flicker nor adapter harness needed for the JK, they are plug and play, never had an issue nor a flicker. I went online and found out how to balance my headlights as wherever you replace your headlights you need to re-balance them! PLEASE RE-BALANCE your headlights! Most ID-10-T mall crawler jeepers are blinding me and I'm lifted on 35's can only imagine what those in a Miata or FRS feel like! It is a little bit of a procedure, but so worth it - research it online. Even after balancing mine, I noticed I was still getting flashed by other drivers so against a wall I lowered each light another inch or so. Since then only the very occasional flash from those LED hating hippies :-)So first night I went out on the road and turned these on....you know in the movies when the shaft of light comes down from above and the angels sing? Yeah, same thing only a vertical shaft of light.....and yes the angels did sing that night! What I thought was a brighter and better pattern from the SilverStars was blown out of the water in one simple flick of a switch. There is no gas burning bulb, including HID, that can compare to LED and I gotta tell you for the price I paid for these, I am giddy I didn't go with the JW Speaker or other "cheaper" lights out there. So it has been over a year now and I have done everything with them with the exception of go in the snow with them (it sucks to be in AZ, but then I also don't need heated LED lights!). I have been off-roading with them, been through water crossings, puddles, mud, dirt and rock.....and oh yeah, she is also my daily and I work evenings so they get a good workout. The good - they are bright! They cover the road! They have a good cutoff and little of the "artifacts" that people talk about in the periphery. The high beams are dangerous! Like fry a retina or two dangerous! I have a 20" light bar and an even brighter 8" light bar on the front and my high beams still fill in what they don't! Careful when flashing other drivers! They have lasted through punishing environments - work like a charm at 110+ degrees, lots of fine particle dust, have been splashed, dunked and powerwashed, battered with swarms of flying insects. They have lasted through multiple high water crossings, puddle splashing and car washes without a nary of a drop of condensation. They are still going strong and I believe I got my money's worth and then some! The bad - that you are still wallowing in the yellow dullness that is a halogen headlight, go spend a little money and make a world of difference in your night driving experience!

I was originally going to get the JW Speaker lights but the price was just too high for me ($700 for a pair) so after looking at the alternatives, I decided on these. I must say, I'm very impressed!Pros:-Looks: these lights look slick. The blacked out housing really makes a statement compared to the highly reflective silver of the stock lights.-Price: literally a bargain compared to 99% of the other options out there-Brightness: these are extremely bright lights, unless you are on completely unlit back roads you probably won't need to use your high beams-Ease of Instillation: very easy to install, they did require a bit of modification on the passenger side but more on that later.-Built in anti-flicker resistor: unlike 99% of the other cheaper LED's on the market, there's no bulky anti-flicker harness you have to cram behind the light.-Decent quality adapter: I know some of the other reviews mention that the plug adapter wouldn't work properly but I had no issues with mine. It clicked into the OEM plug with no drama, I did wrap the connections with electrical tape just to be cautious but it isn't necessary.-Heavy, well built housing: I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the heat sink/housing on this light. It's cast aluminum with a black powder coat finish. I couldn't find any noticeable defects or flaws.-Well sealed: I installed these right before we had literally 3 straight weeks of rain and thunderstorms. My jeep sits in my driveway with no protection from the elements, and was also driven heavily during this time. No condensation or water inside the lens.Cons:-The passenger side light did require a bit of grinding to fit in my '18 JK sport, literally took a total of about 10 mins to grind down a few of the cooling fins and spray it with some spray paint to cover the exposed metal. If you dont have access to tools, I could see this being a bigger issue.- The lenses are made of polycarbonate, and as such will scratch easier than the OEM lights. Just something to keep in mind if you're going to be going on overgrown trails. And a quick public service announcement: TAKE SOME TIME AND PROPERLY AIM YOUR HEADLIGHTS AFTER INSTILLATION!!! I think LED/HID lights have recieved an unfair bad reputation for being 'blindingly bright' because numbskulls think that as long as their factory lights were aimed properly, there's no need to aim the new lights... WRONG! I spent about 20 mins to get them aimed and dispite them being extremely bright, I haven't been flashed once by oncoming traffic since I installed them. There's plenty of tutorials on YouTube on how to do it, PLEASE do everyone a favor and spend the extra 15-20 mins to make sure you're lights are aimed properly.I'd highly recommend these lights to anyone not looking to spend a fortune on headlights for their jeep. These are a great value and seem to be solidly built. I'll update this review should anything happen down the road to these lights.
