I got the 12x12 stencil. I used gloss enamel porch paint & wiped the stencil with paper towels to remove paint build up. I also was able to peel the paint off after it dried. After stenciling 150 squares on my concrete porch the stencil is still in great, usable condition as you can see in the photo. I love how my porch looks & have had so many compliments.

Works well...But should be larger, possibly 2 blocks wide/long for repetitive work.

I used this to paint the bathroom floor of my R.V. and it turned out great!! I had to do alot of touch up, but it was a tight space.
