These tools are cheap, I know that. But the quality is terrible even for cheap. Do not buy.

I am a scratchboard artist so I need sharp tools available. Although I expected different points, these tools will last a long time, as well constructed as they are.

I like these tools. It makes scratch are easier and more fun. You can get more intricate with the different tools. A must have for a crafter.

It has been years since I have done anything with scratch art and scratch art tools, so this was a blast from the (distant) past for me. This is a nice little starter set.In the set are 5 scratch pens and a brush, and they’re all held in a felt-like case with a leather-like tie. The pens are fashioned to look like fountain pens and they’re all the same – they’re plastic with a stainless steel nib, all the same size. The brush is also plastic with a steel sleeve that attaches the bristles to the handle, and the bristles are soft enough to use to clean delicate surfaces (even though they’re not meant for that purpose here).The case alone is worth the cost of the whole set. It’s made of a felt-like spongy, fibrous material, stitched together nicely into a couple of pockets. The tie is attached at one of the seams, and it works well when tied properly. I like the tie but I personally would have opted for a snap of some kind.I like this set. It’s made well, though it’s inexpensive, and it works well too. The whole kit is a good starter set for someone just getting into scratch art.

Bought these to try on painted glass. I haven't had time to do my project, but the piece I experimented on, they worked great. I forgot how much fun scratchboard projects are!
