I really wanted to give this camera a great review. Then i drove at night. The glare from lights and headlights at night makes the rear camera completely useless. The front camera is great. The screen is great. But I'm returning it now because the rear camera is so bad. It makes no sense to sell this camera with that bad of a rear camera. There aren't any settings that can fix it either, believe me I tried.

Resolution was great, the only thing that kinda bothered me was the audio. Conversations aren't clear/inaudible, but that's not the purpose why we purchased this. The mirror can be split into 2 screens so you see both front and rear. Would I recommend this? Absolutely! This gives me peace of mind, especially nowadays when there are crazy drivers, speeders, and scammers who intentionally hit you to commit insurance fraud. We're purchasing more for our other vehicles.

Overall we are very pleased with the product. It provides a very good quality wide rear view as we drive down the road in our RV. Our original rear view mirror was essentially useless, so this large, screen covering the rear view mirror is almost perfect to see what is going on around us. The wide angle does make everything appear further back than they really are, but it has been very helpfull in seeing what is there, especially when we are about to be passed or are changing lanes. The travel direction and other info displayed on the screen, other than time, can be difficult to read due to it's small size and default color of the lettering - I'll need to see if there is way to change the coloring. We do not normally travel at night, so I cannot provide my experience with night time travel. Basic install was very easy. I did have to purchase additional wiring for the rear view camera as the provided wiring was not sufficient due to the length of our RV. The back camera was more difficult to install due to having no rear window, but I was able to do it. I do recommend this dashcam for RV's.
