We purchased these as part of a line tensioning system for overhead decorations like cafe lights at receptions and dances. We connect these to existing wall anchors with a carabiner and use a quick-release rope tensioner to complete the system. No complaints about quality or functionality during mostly indoor or good weather outdoor use under moderate loads.

These pulleys literally squeal when you try to use then. I don't think there is a bearing in these and clearly no lubrication. Its sounds like bare metal rubbing against bare metal. The don't roll well and noise is unbearable.

These pulleys will work very well for suspending antennas from trees while making them easy to adjust. Combine these pulleys with paracord and you have a winning combination for ham radio operators who wish to experiment with wire antennas.
