There's not a lot to say about this kit. They are well made and the threads are clean. They work exactly as you'd expect, which is always nice. No complaints from me.

So, I wanted to make a few PC test benches and needed some various size standoffs. Buying them individually proved to be much less cost effective than this assortment. Aesthetically, I would have preferred a silver or black coating, but the reality is that these are mostly out of sight, so not a big deal. The quantity is decent and variety of sizes is wide. I really like that they include couplers as it makes layering easy and is not something I would have thought about had I not had them on hand.Overall a nice, well thought out assortment of standoffs and a reasonable price.

I'm a retired electronics technician. I spend a lot of my "free" time these days on my electronics bench testing and sometimes tweaking all things electronic. I also fabricate small circuit boards for small projects. It is usually essential that the circuit board doesn't touch the enclosure you're putting it into. Standoffs are the preferred way to do that. I have a whole set of plastic standoffs, but prefer the solid brass ones like this. Especially if that circuit board is in a place where it will get lots of movement and vibration. In those applications, you want metal, not plastic. Brass standoffs are pricy however. That is why this set is a bargain. It comes with screws and washers. If you screw one of the screws into the standoff, you will need at least a minimum standard 1.6mm thick circuit board between the screw and the standoff, or there won't be enough depth for the screw to tighten all the way down. This is not problem however, as I can't think of a scenario that you would need to screw it all the way into the standoff without something in between the screw and standoff! The whole point is the hold a circuit board in place. Therefore a great set of solid brass standoffs for a great price. I give this five stars.

These worked great for my project, and the price was right. Well made brass with smooth threads. I with there were more balanced quantities between the small and larger sizes, but I’ll be buying a 2nd time for sure.
