The threads are slightly larger than 2mm so they will cut into the 2mm hole they are going into, but that is fine for my purposes. It will eliminate play when using them to mount subminiature microswitches. Hex wrench fits correctly and the finish looks fine. Overall I am pleased with them.

Hex head fits well with several M2 keys that I have, and the coating is good - no chips or scratches.
