These screws are well formed. The threads are in tolerance. The 5 mm hex socket is not oversize and it is 7 mm deep to provide a good grip. Even the cup point is formed correctly, however I will re-machine it to a different point anyway. The 12.9 grade material is hard, but still machinable.Industry standard black oxide coating is applied. It provides good appearance and mild rust resistance. Somebody mentioned the screws rust outside, but they are not made for outside service.

Used some of these screws to make a collet chuck adjustable on a metal lathe. The fit is good and they are properly hardened.

It is a good and sturdy, well machined item. But they rust if exposed to any moisture. I purchased to use with a popular plastic dog treat holder. So the moisture causes rust and needs to be cleaned.
