This got my boys kicking and scooping and swimming in no time. This is how you do it! Get rid of those floaties and life jackets which give them a false sense of what it is like to swim in a large body of water. Gradually remove the panels as they become stronger swimmers.

My child is too advanced for a puddle jumper yet not quite ready to swim independently, this has been the perfect stepping stone while she continues to learn. It allows full movement of arms and legs to learn proper technique.

Wasn’t sure about this! The hubs discovered it and ordered. Our 5 year old grand girl was still wearing floaties, which are restricting. This gives her full movement of her arms and keeps her above the water! Her swimming has improved 100%. Highly recommend !

This did great for our beginner level kid. Taking off the foam plates was somewhat difficult, however doable. Also, there was some unraveling of the threads of the belt itself after some wear, but we were able to salvage it by burning the ends with a lighter. Good buy overall.

I didn't know I was holding my kids back with the super float vests with seimirs I was using before these. My kiddos are getting close to swimming on their own, and these are a great option to lighten the support so they can begin to learn how to support their body weight in water. Only thing I didn't like was the terrible smell. These will stink up your house when you first open the package, but it subsides over time.
