This works fine, but the Amazon descriptions was off on the dimensions, will probably end up purchasing the larger one when I have extra money.

Stability seems to depend on how the gunnels allow the table to be mounted. Works perfectly for me.

I have had the smaller version for years, but this one is way larger. Stows away better than the rod holder style!

Needed a place to sit my portable stove or grill so its hanging overboard, table does the trick. Easy storage, install was a breeze and slips into place without a hassle. pretty stable too. Makes a good cutting board too!

This bait cutting board works really well. It doesn't take up a rod holder and is very stable. I've used the ones that are on a pedestal in a rod holder. If you apply to much pressure on those boards they will move. Not this one. Set up and take down is quick and easy. There is one weakness which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The hinge is not strong enough. When I'm running with speed the hinge will start to bend due to the pressure moving the board back. I solved the problem by screwing a piece of teak to the gunnel on the left side of the tray to provide needed support. Problem solved. A stronger hinge would eliminate the need for this fix. Depending on where you will mount the tray there may be a need to modify installation. I needed to add a piece of wood for filler behind the bracket.

This is a great addition to my boat. Easy install, it took 3mins or less. Great table with many uses if you wanna keep the inside of you boat clean thus is how. Also I dropped mine in water and it floated enough I could scoop it out with net.

This board was exactly what I needed. Stows away easily...sets up in seconds. No fumbling for the correct angle in a rod holder and keeps my rod holders free while drifting and chumming. Great product for the money. I would recommend it to others.
