I'm using this on the door leading to the screened porch. It's easy to install, the magnets are strong and it looks nice. It definitely keeps the cold out and the cat can get through it no problem.

This works great. It lets in sunlight and blocks the wind and cold air. I love that the sunlight isn't blocked like the quilted ones do. The door still separates in the middle and connects back with the magnetic strips. And this one has ties on the side if you want to keep it open awhile.

I really like this curtain because it keeps the extreme weather out and keeps my house at the perfect temperature. I was surprised that I worked that well but there are a couple of problems that came up for me. I have French doors on my patio, which is where I have hung it. It doesn’t quite have an airtight edging because it leaks air through the bottom of the curtain. It doesn’t go flush with the metal threshold. But I’m not sure that problem can be fixed. Also at the top in the center it is very tight and it’s hard to get through the French doors. So then my husband, of course, pushed through too hard and ripped it halfway across. It was like a perforated edge, like a piece of notebook paper at the top. I feel that it should have been more reinforced and not literally have a perforated edge. It wasn’t very hard to rip, even though it was enforced in the center, which I appreciated. But nonetheless, it is no good now because it ripped like a piece of paper. But I will say this, it keeps my house warm in the winter and it feels warmer than the silver quilted type of thermal curtain. The curtain itself does a wonderful job, but I could’ve stood to have another half an inch to an inch on the bottom and the stitching failed.Update! I was able to fix my curtain with some tape and a little extra plastic and I hot glued it together underneath the binding on the top and you can barely tell! And I accidentally made extra head room where the two curtains come together at the top. It’s a tight fit, especially if you only use one of the french doors like we do. But now, my house is nice and toasty once again!

This is one of those "why didn't I think of this" products. It's relatively easy to get through, and seals behind you. A few "gotcha's" however:1. I prefer to have white sticky velcro on the door frame rather than black. I bought some separately.2. We had an HVAC outlet on the far side of the room we shut off, it was strong enough to force the magnetic curtain open whenever the central heater ran. I had to close that outlet, problem solved.Very cool product, well worth the tiny cost involved. It was also quite easy to install, assuming you take the necessary care to get it in the right position.

When I received the insulated door I opened it up immediately. It simply looked like any piece of plastic and I set it aside for about a month. Then, it was getting just too hot in this travel trailer oven that I decided it needed to go up. It was pretty simple and everything needed was there. The height was too much so I hemmed it up with tape. For me, who's in and out all day, it holds up well. The Velcro is some of the best but enough tacks are included. Listen when they say hang the middle up higher than the sides. It'll close well for you. Sometimes I have to adjust it but that's because I've hemmed it up. It could possibly be cut to adjust it to size. But, it covers my door well. I didn't need any tools and only used what was provided. Afterward, it did make a difference in holding the cool air in. It's on the entry door coming in from the outside. However, if you're living in a oven, you'll need a combination of tools to keep cool. This is one of them. It also has a design that seems to be like a "fly eye view" when looking in or out. Other than that, it's a clear, blurred view. The thickness of the material seems to be durable. Anyway, I'll try to come back in winter and tell you that side of the story.

Impressed with this draft door covering. Easy to install. Fit my RV door with just enough overlap to stick to the wall. Make sure you clean your wall with alcohol. Not something listed but anything being applied needs a clean surface, alcohol is suggested with other things I've used.I had extra Velcro for both top and sides. I had thumbtacks with the kit but didn't need them. There are also nice little clips front and back that snap to hold both sides open. The magnets are nice and long (measured them at 9 inches) not like ones used in some magnetic screen doors at just a couple of inches. I'm impressed with the product price and quality.
