Built around our MS1 slider, this system provides rapid adjustments to either lengthen or shorten the sling with no slipping once set, and no tails, loops, or other potential snag hazards. In a two-point role, the MS1 allows easy shoulder transitions, rapid adjustability for hands free rifle carry and shooting support from various positions. The MS1 system also has a series of adapters that are sold separately and based on the MS3 and MS4 slings. By adding the appropriate adapter (available with Paraclip or QD Sling Swivel) for the sling, you can easily add functionality to your MS1.

What needs to be said about magpul products? They're high quality, perform well, and are very affordable. Excellent sling. Highly recommend.

Its really hard to go wrong with magpul slings, they simply work, they are very easy to install, use, and adjust, and they are durable, they come in all the major colors, and should work with any 1.25 inch sling accessories like qd rings or the bfg uloops.

This really is a great rifle sling! Well made and high quality! My only suggestion or critique would be to give it the ability to be shortened a little bit more. It is worth it to me. I certainly have found anything better! Iām keeping mine and going to order two more! Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this sling for AR-15s, rifles, and even shotguns. This is by far the best and most comfortable sling I have ever used. They are extremely durable, and if mounted and adjusted correctly on your firearm, they are quick and easy to adjust to your liking. The pad is wide enough to prevent pain when slinging over your shoulder, unlike the thin non-padded slings that dig into your collar bones.I have mounted these slings on long rifles, shotguns, and AR-15s with no issues. You will need to purchase sling attachments and/or QD sling attachments if your rifle or carbine is equipped for use of QDs.

I've used one of these with both a VHS-2 and a Kel-Tec P50 and it seems to work well on both. I very much appreciate it on the P50 in particular since that sing is being used to stabilize the pistol and inevitably the sling will press tightly against one's neck, in which case, the padding being there makes a world of difference.

Easily attached to my AR. Sling is comfortable, lightweight and I love the color. Easily can adjust with one pull with one hand. Sling appears to be stitched very well and looks great. If you're looking for a 2 point sling, you will not be disappointed. Magpul makes great products and reliable gear. With this sling you can carry firearm many different ways, to your liking. I'm fussy with my gear and this doesn't disappoint.

This is my second padded ms1 sling and my fourth of the series overall. I really like this sling and the entire line of slings from Magpul. It's construction is very high quality and it adjusts very easily. I also like that it's a true sling and not just a carry strap. Many people complain that this sling is too long, but it's supposed to be long because it's a true sling. A sling is meant to keep the firearm connected to your body while you are shooting. The ms1 sling connects to the side of your gun, not the bottom. It mounts with the padded end toward the butt of the gun, and you carry the firearm across your chest with the sling running across your back diagonally. You tighten the sling while carrying the firearm or using you hands for another task. You then loosen the sling to raise the gun and shoot, all while never taking it off your body. There are other types of slings that are meant to be used as a shooting aid, but this is not one of those. They are both slings however, because they remain attached to your body while shooting. Most of the people complaining about the length of the ms1 are actually confusing it with a carry strap. A strap is a simple piece of material that is used to hold a firearm on your shoulder. They are much shorter because they only need to be long enough to hold a gun in place while it is being carried, not shot. The ms1 can be used as a carry strap by removing the slider adjustment. The padded section is 46 inches long, which is more than long enough to be used as a strap, and Magpul even calls this section a "carry strap" in the instruction manual. If you want to retain the adjustability features of the sling but with the shorter length of a carry strap, you can simply cut the sling to length and melt the ends so they don't fray.
