Fit very good on my stock E7TE heads on my 89 302 5.0 HO , worked out great when I changed my springs and retainers , I had messed one up when I installed my new ones out of trickflow 2500100 kit. These replacement seals did fine.

Expensive and they come in a pack of four. Is that so they can charge more? They are nice quality though.

Haven't installed these yet but they look good. I am not expecting there to be any problems.
