Good heavy tool that fit perfect on my HD removing the sprocket nut. I needed to change the belt and needed this to check the seal while I was in that location. Made very strong and used the impact and nut came right off. Used the torque wrench to tighten and fit the nut very snug and did not wiggle around. Nice tool.

Missing the part the protects the treads that’s screws on the main shaft!

It comes with a spacer that you screw on the end of the shaft. The socket then fits on over the nut and the spacer helps support the other end. I was able to remove the nut with no problem.

It came with no instructions but if you work on your own bikes it works just fine.

This socket is a super solid hunk of metal. I'm not sure exactly what I was expecting but this build quality exceeded my expectations. Works perfectly to remove the sprocket nut. If you need a tool like this, do not hesitate on ordering this.

Reviewing: ReluxGo Mainshaft Sprocket 1 7/8" Socket with 1/2" Drive for 1936-2006 Harley-Davidson Big Twins Engine & Twin Cam, 1 7/8 Wrench Main Shaft Pulley Socket Tool, Harley Davidson Specialty Tool Kit I haven't used this yet, but the measurements are accurate and it seems to be fairly decent quality. I don't expect any issues, but I will update this review if any arise.

We're impressed with the build quality of this socket. Especially since my bf previously machined one of these himself out of necessity for working on his 51 panhead so he knows what went into making this & the design necessary to make it function effectively & safely.This socket is super heavy, fits securely on impact wrench & functions/operates as expected.Years quoted in product listing for applicable use are accurate.Very pleased

I was a little concerned about paying so much for what I thought would be a simple socket bit, but when it arrived I was taken aback by how nice this tool is. It is solid. It is well finished -even on the inside. It is a hard metal and it has been shaped, ground, and milled nicely. I ordered this for my twin-cam engine and while I have not yet used this tool, I will give an update with my experience when I do. I have no reservations about recommending it. There was a lot of care put into the construction of this tool.
