And another one. I bought several attachments nozzles for the heat gun. This is one of them. Unfortunately they do not sell it in the kit. This one nozzle i was using several time to heat up rusted nuts to take it off. Works really good. It does direct heat to almost pinpoint, exactle to the small spot where you need.

I bought it to hot weld a few plastic items starting with a garden cart and I'll do two rain collection tanks that have been damaged. Judging by the results so far, I'm confident it'll do its job on my Makita heat gun.

What can I say. It stays on the heat gun directs the hot air. It is nice to see some vents so the gun does not overheat.

Not sure what one of the other reviewers even means. There is literally nothing to go wrong. There are vents in the side, but they are by design and necessary for safe use. They don’t mitigate the basic utility of this nozzle. In fact it was a little surprising how effective the concentration of heat stream is.

I must have got either a defective HG6031VK heat gun or this tip because with all of my strength I can not get it to fully seat straight on the gun. It will also not fit well in the blow molded carry case in any of the 4 slots. Its close but it will not go in. Manufacturing tolerances are off. Items will be returned.
