About half of the one's I ordered lost their washer during shipping. Some arrive beat up enough from shipping to seem used. I really hope you need the extra 5lbs, Impact sells a 10lbs for 1/3rd the cost

I’ve worked with them all from military to professional contractors. These were used to get the job done the right way! Very few mechanical parts, and hence, nothing really to fail; solidly built product. This weight is a perfect fit for my Savage brand boom arm. It functions well on the arm; very easy to attach and move, and stays in place once screwed down. It provides enough counter-balance for a 4 1/2 lb. strobe plus a 60" octobox modifier even with the arm fully extended. Recommended product.
