With the Voyager's twist locking mechanism it only takes a second to assemble or remove the desk and with only two parts to keep track of, the Voyager can also be stored or transported in its own tote bag (sold separately). The Voyager desk is identical to the Symphony Stand desk (20 wide x 12 1/2 high). Fit and finish are not as good as earlier purchases of this product from Manhasset. It feels cheaper.

I ordered a set (6 pack) of Manhasset 5201 music stands and received one music stand. Blatantly false advertising! Very unhappy! Be careful, folks!

get's the job done...holds my iPad, but won't handle much more...too heavy and it'll start to get shorter as the height doesn't lock in place.

This ad is sneaky. The #52 stand is the same if it is labeled 5206 or 5201. Don't pay more, like I did, thinking this stand was more durable than the 5201 #52. Get the one with the better price point.

Great for the gig. I can even put my music in the bag that hold the stand. Very lite and sets up in seconds.

Very durable and study. Folds up small. I'm using 6 of them in a recording studio application where storage space is limited. All 6 can be folded up and stored on a single shelf, which cannot be said for most other stands in this quality range.

This is a great stand. It arrived in 'like new' condition even though it was supposedly used. Very handy that it can be broken down for easier transport unlike the standard model.

Solid metal stand, well built, good quality.For portable use - it disassembles into 3 pieces (pole, base & shelf) but is a bit bulky as the shelf part doesn't fold up - needs a large bag.You set the pole into the base which doesn't lock it in any way. The pole can tend to spin around easily because of this.The shelf part will hold a lot of music. Not too heavy, easy to assemble for a 10 yr. old.

Would get five stars if it just included the totebag. Knocked one star off because I had to purchase the bag separately - why would I buy the collapsible version if I wasn't planning on transporting it regularly?
