My only regret is that I was not smart enough to purchase this 10 years ago when I bought my Mantis. This simple little addition has made a huge difference in the use of my tiller. Easy to install, easy to use, and it works perfectly!!

I found the kickstand for my Mantis to be a great help when storing the unit, or when performing routine maintenance. The kickstand was extremely easy to install. As the summer months roll in, my use of the Mantis will increase and now having a kickstand for ease of use and support will work very nicely. It's a good value for the money. Well made and sturdy.

This should have been on all of these tillers from the factory. It is not an accessory but a necessity. It is simple to install and works great. I have used the tiller without one for years and laying it down in the dirt always seemed wrong. Some times I could get it to stand but it inevitably would fall over...really annoying. These are great little tillers and this stand just completes it.

Good addition; should be standard. I thought it would be wobbly but my little tiller hasn't fallen over yet. Not too hard to install, but there's not a lot of room on the engine side. I looked at the pictures more than the instructions to get this installed. The widest part is as wide as the tiller so it doesn't take up any more room in your shed, or on the wall or wherever.

It took a little bit of wresting to put on by myself. If you have an extra hand to hold it in place while you start the bolts, it will be a bit easier. However, its worth it to have it on your tiller. Now I can stand it up and rest it upright instead of trying to find something to lean it up against. Glad I invested in it.

Also was soll ich sagen , habe mir diesen Standfuß für eine Mantis Gartenfräse ( Zweitakter ) bestellt .Der Standfuß kam direkt aus Amerika ,hat natürlich auch der Versand entsprechend lange gedauert . Ich möchte diesen Standfuß nicht mehr missen , obwohl ich ihn nur direkt bei Ankunft an meiner Mantis Gartenfräse angebaut hatte .So kann man ihn direkt auf dem Ständer stellen und mit Benzin befüllen ohne diesen irgendwo anlehnen zu müssen . Dasselbe gilt natürlich auch für den Austausch der Messer . Für mich volle fünf Sternen , kann ich nur weiter empfehlen .

Finally made the decision to get the kick-stand for my tiller. I was tired of leaning it up against whatever I could find. It fits the ECHO tiller just as it would the Mantis. Same parent company.

Great for storing your tiller, or propping it up for a minute if you need to go grab a sweet tea. However, mine came assembled backwards (the lip was facing towards the tiller instead of away, like in the picture). It was fairly difficult to switch it around the right way. I guess it could have been a fluke. When assembled correctly, the kickstand is a great attachment!
