The adjustment dial easily controls the dough thickness and rolls homemade pasta dough evenly for a consistent texture, cook time and taste. Roll dough up to 150 mm wide and quickly choose from 10 different thickness settings, between a paper-thin 0.5 mm to 4.8 mm, to personalize pasta on the fly to each recipe. The Atlas Pasta Machine is equipped to attach a Pasta Drive motor or any of 12 pasta cutting accessories that are sold separately. Wipes clean with a dry brush or cloth after each use. This is a great machine. It cut it pasta/noodles prep time from an hour plus to 15 min. Operates super smoothly, cuts the dough like butter, nothing sticks as long as the dough is right consistency. The dough roller is also amazing and has 9 options for thickness.I bought initially spaghetti attachment but the one that came with the machine (I think it’s fettuccine + capellini) worked great. Capellini is thinner than spaghetti but my son loved it so I returned spaghetti attachment.One thing to mention is that my kitchen table is pretty thick and I could not secure the machine so needed help when rolling the dough.Cleaning was also easy - I used a brush.The machine is really wonderful, if you like homemade pasta, just buy it.

Very impressed with the ease of making pasta in this machine plus it allows you to mount a motor on it when you get to know the trade of making pasta and they sell attachments so all around very happy with my purchase!

I read the other reviews, and checked the market before buying. I am lucky to get an unfaulty mashine that works great ! And very good price for such big brand .Make the dough properly, and you won't be disappointed. That's the only thing that can make the difference in cutting. About cleaning, there is no cleaning to do if , again, the dough has the right consistency. It's more like dusting, really.

Das Gerät kommt super verpackt daher, ist insgesamt klein und prima in jedem Schrank zu verstauen. Die einzelnen Geräteteile sind gut verarbeitet und das handling geht präzise. Herstellung von Pasta jeglicher Art und Stärke geht super einfach und auch die Reinigung lässt sich problemlos meistern. Fazit: empfehlenswerte Investition.
