This is a really nice press. But for some reason it takes a rocket science degree to get the thing out back together after you load it. I can’t for the life of me get it screwed on. The cookies came out nice but a lot of times would get stuck in the bottom. That may because the dough needed to be chilled a bit. I think to save time I might just pipe the butter cookies next time.
