I wish it were brass but that's my only complaint. Otherwise, it's a great size and works well. It's also a low investment to see if you are into ravioli making! My partner and I have gotten into pasta making and are expanding our repertoire into filled pastas. We like this one. But it's a bit time consuming to stamp each raviolo individually. So once we get more comfortable I think we will upgrade to a version where you can make, fill, seal, and cut 12 at once. However, the advantage of this stamp is that you can use it to cut squares of pasta for various different shapes or even cut clay, etc for crafts. Would also be great for cookies!

Lieferung top!Sehr schnell!Gewohnt gute Marcato Qualität!Leider habe ich den quadratischen bestellt.D.h. Retour, wie kann ich bei einer neuen Bestellung verdeutlichen, dass ich den quadratischen (wie im Angebot beschrieben) haben möchte und nicht irgendein ähnliches Produkt?Leider habe ich mit genau diesem Sachverhalt in letzter Zeit häufiger Probleme.Es kommt ein ähnliches Produkt, vom richtigen Hersteller, aber eben nicht das gewünscht Produkt.
