As a prior Marine, no such thing as an Ex-Marine, I take Great pride in stating my connection to my beloved Corps 4th generation. My wife loves it because she can feel close to me more often while she's at work, or I am, and she gets to brag a little bit about me to her coworkers.

although it is embroidered, it looks really cheap and sloppy. but I guess you get what you pay for!
