How To Mount
- Choose the most suitable side of your transom platform for mounting the ladder.
- When mounting, locate a place where the ladder will not interfere with the turning of the motor or be near the propeller of your craft.
- Position the mounting bracket with the ladder in the area to be attached.
- Mark the bracket’s eight mounting holes onto the deck surface.
- Drill the eight marked holes with a suitable drill bit. NOTE: It is recommended to through-bolt this ladder for a secure installation
- Mount the ladder in place by holding bracket up to platform and inserting mounting screws. Secure ladder in place with fasteners (not provided, as installations vary).
Security Guide

- Only one person on ladder at a time
- Check all steps and hardware before using

Ladder arrived today and I installed it in a few minutes. It’s a decent design, though the construction is pretty lightweight meaning I don’t think it’s gonna last that long. It’s a narrow ladder, meaning great for kids, not so good for large adults. And in fact, it will be basically unusable for someone who weighs200 + pounds. The fold up feature is nice. It suits our purposes well, but if you’re looking for something slightly more heavy duty, I think this is not your ladder. Lastly, I would say it’s overpriced for what it is. Should be more like $39-$49. Not really worth $75.

I was half expecting something very cheaply made, but this ladder is solid and sturdy. Much better than having people step on the fin of my outboard, easy to get in an out of my open bow now.

I attached this to 1" square tube bolted to joists underneath the deck, with a little offset to clear the rail of the above ground pool. I find it convenient and good looking. The small size makes the 30' pool look even larger. Seller might add 2 20" pieces of 1" square stainless tube as an option for above ground pools.
