I was a little skeptical at first since the price was cheaper than others. But once I received it and let it expand fully, this mattress is a 10 out of 10 it’s a medium firm feel and it literally melts with the shape of your body, adding the right amount of support in all areas. I would 100% recommend this purchase you will not be disappointed!!

It was a bit late, but it came in and it expanded fully to 8 inches. Firm but soft enough for me as I am 51 and 110 lbs.

After reviewing dozens of foam mattress I decided to buy the Marsail Queen Mattress, 10-inch Gel Memory Foam product. In my mind the $189.99 product offered what I needed at a good price point. Their $159.99 product looked good also, but I decided to buy the more expensive one. As a bonus, the shipping was free. When the mattress arrived, I put it on the bed and checked it out. Upon close examination I found out it was the cheaper 2 foam layer version and not the more expensive 3 foam layer version that I had ordered. I found the packing list item number and checked it against the model number on the Amazon product pages. The item number shipped to me was in fact the less expensive mattress - not the more expensive mattress I paid for. The fulfillment center had shipped the wrong product.Now here is the interesting part and the quick solution by the vendor. I decided to to see if sending the wrong mattress back or just keeping the cheaper mattress made the most sense. I made a simple lay down test on the mattress to see if it would adjust to my size and weight and if I was comfortable enough and to my surprise the incorrect mattress seemed to be just fine for what I needed. After some exchanges with the vendor - with submitting pictures of the incorrect product number on the box - I asked the vendor to credit my account for the price difference for the cheaper mattress that was sent. The vendor immediately sent a refund back to my account. So don't be afraid to buy from the vendor of the Marsail Foam Queen Mattress product. I believe they will fix any issues that might pop up.In conclusion, the mattress that I kept is of good quality, is in fact medium firm, but has enough give in the top foam layer of foam to be comfortable for my size and weight and hopefully lasts a good long time. At this price point, I consider it a bargain. Add the very good customer support and It's all good for me. I rated this four stars based on the quality vs price of the product and vendor solution for the shipping error. The vendor response and quick refund for the shipping error is actually five stars, but there is no way for me to list that separately. I believe the more expensive mattress would have been a five star mattress for me, but the four star less expensive version is just fine for me.
