Worked perfectly for my 2005 Lexus es330 with a heater code. The bank 1 sensor 1 OEM sensor pigtail is a little bit shorter than this one but still works just fine.

I bought 2 of these thinking both upstream before and after o2's were bad due to the scanner codes.i ended up installing both on the one front o2 mount, they didn't fix the problem. my money was returned.NOTE: i found a simpole fix/repair to your existing O2 sensor.. take out the bad sensor and submerge it up to the hex bolt part and soak it 24 hours in gasoline, like in a glass jar and cover with aluminum foil, i then also lightly sanded the sensor part the sits inside the pipe. i was able to reinstall it and it's being working again since.

I got this oxygen sensor (it actually is an air-fuel ratio sensor) from China through Amazon for around $30, as I do not like to spend $181 for an OEM Denso sensor from Autozone. It looks like a high quality part, with anti-seize compound already applied on its thread. It was a perfect fit. Works like a charm. Highly recoommended.
