Once installed on my propane grill I was finally able to get sufficient flame to actually cook my food. This is a laboratory grade unit however it was perfect for our application. We used it to operate a propane BBQ grill off of the house propane system. This way we did not have to deal with those little tanks. This regulator has served us well without problems for this entire summer. I am very pleased with the quality of the product.

Be sure to install in upright position. Propane service for a variety of burners and applications. Offers a good range of adjustment, in increments of 0.5 psi between 10 - 40 psi. Daily use with zero issues so far.

We had to return this product because it was faulty and then had to pay to return it. That’s just wrong.

This regulator works awesome very good fine adjustment. I personally bought mine to use with my forge that was running to low of pressure to forge weld now I can do it all. I also intend on using this regulator for my food truck. Highly recommended solid construction all metal.

Easy to use, a bit touchy with setting the pressure without the regulator checking and having to be reset but used it for a firefighting prop and it worked great.

The only thing keeping this from being a five star product is the fact that showed up with a quarter inch plug in one of the outlets that was nearly impossible to get off. I say nearly because it took a torque wrench and my entire body wait to get it off, which is completely unnecessary. Makes me think that this was not a new part. Other than that works perfectly as described!

Great part. Sturdy, easy to adjust accurately in small increments, very reliable. I use this to regulate propane into a forge and even splitting the line afterwards, I can quickly make fine adjustments. Perfect for anyone with a forge, foundry, or propane furnace. Shipping was pretty quick too. Before I bought this, I was using a less expensive part and this one was a big enough improvement in all areas to justify the price. You might find it a hair cheaper somewhere else, but definitely stick with this manufacturer.

Well, I have had it for a day, and only time will tell for sure. Let me tell the whole story.I have tried several adjustable pressure propane regulators from Amazon, and I have returned them all because of poor quality. I finally found one at a local Tractor Supply store, and it lasted about six months. (It was made by Primex in Mexico. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PRIMEX. Cheap plastice parts; stamped and crimped monkey metal. Weak spring inside.)I ordered this regulator on Thursday, and it was delivered on Tuesday...13 days ahead of the estimate schedule. The fit and finish on this item is terrific. Made obviously of cast parts held together with machine screws. All bolts appear to be brass or brass-plated. The slick red finish is attractive, and the knob is substantial and easy to turn. Apparently a substantial gasket between the halves. ONE FEATURE THAT I LOVE is the jam nut on the valve shaft under the knob. Once you get the regulator adjusted, you can LIGHTLY tighten it to keep it in position. (It appears to take a 9/16-inch SAE wrench. The inlet and outlet are well-machined and well-marked. The regulator says that is was "tested in the USA."Well, I hooked it up and adjusted my flame with it and set the jam nut. Everything is working as it should. Only time will tell the rest. So far, I am glad that I spent the extra money for the apparent quality of this item, instead of putting up with the cheap junk that I have so far experienced.I hope that it is a permanent solution to my situation.
