Bought this at a discount from Amazon Warehouse/Resale/whatever they are calling it now. I have bought this, a Rawlings Liberty Color Series as well an Easton Ghost Tournament glove in the past year for our Lefty 11/12 YO fastpitch player. I self break in by beating on the gloves with a 10 pound barbell/free weight coated in the soft rubber before you take your old rusty steel/iron weights and blame me for rust transfer. Ranked in overall quality I would go with this Marucci then Rawlings Liberty then Easton. Not saying the ghost glove is "bad" just that the others appear to be better. Please also note this glove is not a blueish tint as the photos show, it's white, maaaaaaaaaaaaybe someone added 0.1% light blue tinting. It's great. She never picked up the Rawlings at 80% broken in, she likes the Easton but it's prolly at 90% and still kinda stiff. This Magnolia Series took maybe 30 min of a beating and then conditioned with Ballplayers Balm and it's ready to go for her. You have to realize that what an adult will consider broken in won't translate to the kids as their hand strength is not as great so they'll still have drops just keep that in mind if you use a third party break in service. I think she's going to switch right over to this for fall ball and keep this as her regular game/practice glove. Great work Marucci! Disclaimer, I purchased at ~$80 but would definitely would have paid up to $200 to be her forever glove she'll still have when she's my age just as I have my Rawlings from ~1987/8. Super excited for her to stop having balls pop out of her glove. If you're an A2000 fanatic this may not be for you however I will say I came across an A2000 for $100 for myself and they are rock solid and a great value as well, you might surprise yourself if you swap out to the Magnolia though.
