- This listing is for a brand new HEI distributor for Oldsmobile-built V8 engines. Fits 1964-90 V8s - 260, 307, 330, 350, 400, 403, 425, and 455 engines.
- This is a new distributor, not a second or blem. Perfect for upgrading non-computer-controlled engines.
- Under the cap is a 65,000-volt coil and built-in performance module to ensure accurate and reliable timing to 7,000 RPM.
- True spark alignment for instant throttle response.
- Comes with an adjustable vacuum advance and a premium cap with brass terminals. 4340 Chromoly gear will work with castor billet cams
- Standard GM HEI caps, rotors, etc. will interchange.
- Cap is about 5.5" in diameter so a clearance check recommended.
- Will require plug wires with HEI-style ends for male cap posts.
- A second connection is also under the coil cover for electronic tach hook-up.
This MAS distributor has everything you need all under one cap. Distributor comes with a high quality aluminum housing, hardened steel, dual bushing construction, fully adjustable mechanical and vacuum advance.
Has high-output module high spark 75000 volt coil, solid brass terminals and come with wires that can be easily hook up.

Arrived super fast and got me back up and going after my high dollar aftermarket ignition system failed. I’ve used these in 2 different cars so far and both worked perfectly right out of the box. Fit and finish are better than expected. On par with some of the big name expensive brands. Will be buying more in the future I’m sure

My friend and I bought one each and we both was very unhappy. The product failed on installation. Made our cars sputter, die out, and our cars didn't idle smoothly. Spend the money and buy a good one. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

This is a very nice distributor assembly. Great price, and quality. Arrived as promised, in excellent condition. It works perfectly. The only draw back is, they don’t come and install it for you, so you’ll have to do that yourself. :) Keep in mind that Oldsmobile distributors can be installed “one tooth off”, and so far, my record is perfect, as I’ve missed by a tooth every time I install them. Lol If you have basic understanding of HEI, and how they are driven, and timed, you can handle it. You need a timing light, and make sure that your Olds V8 still has the timing tab installed on the timing chain cover. Many are plastic, and have vanished over the years. Replacements are kinda scarce these days.
