Both armrest controls in our Jeep Grand Cherokee had broken buttons so I bought both the driver and passenger side units. Both fit perfectly, no tools needed at all to uninstall and pop in the new ones. 10 minutes max! Now we can open the windows! Hopefully they will last. They seem to be well enough made

If you can get it used or OEM is better, installed it and the passanger side stopped working, replaced with OEM broken one and the passanger side worked with no issues.
