We purchased this for my husband who was having issues with his wrist and needed a good wrist brace. We chose the size according to the website. It was tight (which my husband wanted) and has served it's purpose well. He's used it a good bit and it is holding up nicely. He hand washes it and hangs it to dry, with no issues.

This product is great for bowling with CTS or concerned about CTS. It supports your wrist very well and when tightened appropriately, it allows you to get just enough strength and control needed to bowl more consistently. My only concern is that these run very small. Buy the biggest size you can (unless you have a really small wrist) and just use the straps to tighten this up. I bought a medium, than a large, and both are too small (at least the large can get on my wrist) for my large glove size. Besides that, it works great and I would recommend it for any hook bowler.
