Clean: Rinse the matcha whisk with cold water to remove any residue.Gently shake the bristles; avoid using soap or detergent.
Store: Use a whisk holder to maintain shape. Ensure it’s completely dry before storing. Store in a dry, shaded area, avoid humidity and direct sunlight.

Note: During customary use, Matcha whisk may exhibit some degree of deformation, which is a fairly common occurrence, especially when not properly maintained. Even with meticulous care, over time and with frequent use, the bamboo tines may exhibit slight curvature.

Typically, a single scoop of matcha is about one gram; for standard thin tea (usucha), approximately two scoops of matcha powder are used. For thick tea (koicha), three to four scoops may be used, depending on personal preference.
Clean: After use, promptly rinse the tea scoop with warm water, gently wiping it with a soft cloth or sponge.
Store: Regularly inspect the condition of the matcha scoop to prevent it from being immersed in water for extended periods, and avoid placing it under direct sunlight to prevent warping or cracking.

The whisk is very flimsy, I already own a better quality one from Japan and this one started fraying just in the first use. I already knew this wouldn’t compare but it’s worse. Wasted my money

I'm not sure what every tool in here does or why they're shaped certain ways but the whisk is the only thing I really wanted and it works exactly as expected. now I can feel like I'm transported back to the olden times, whisking matcha by hand!

I love this set! I recently got into matcha and this makes creating the perfect cup easy. The quality of the materials is great. The whisk is the best part of course and makes blending matcha fun. The little ceramic piece can hold the utensils or hold the whisk. Great for gifting as well!
