This mattress underlay pad is very easy to use and cut to size. It does help keep the mattress free from condensation.. There was still a bit of condensation under the mat but it did not go through to the mattress.

Mattress Underlay Under Mattress Pad with Breathable Meshfiber CuttableOther ones are thicker for more money, but this is something you can live with.Timing it with a fresh box-knife leaves rough edges. Cutting with scissors produces a cleaner edge, but will pull causing a tendency to arch. At least it is out of sight under the mattress. The height may enough for ventilation to prevent mold.

We own an Ember 201FBQ Overland Series travel trailer and converted the jackknife sofa on our slide to a day bed. Afterward, in winter weather, we were having problems with condensation underneath the mattress; the foam would get wet. This solved the problem for us!

I know that condensation in and around RV beds is a thing and I live in the PNW so I’ve been trying to be extra cautious about preventing it. I’ve had this a little while and I’m so glad that I actually made the leap! I had to cut it down a little bit to fit on the Queen platform and it has the perfect amount of loft for some separation, plus the material it’s made of isn’t just non-absorbent but flexible, which allows me to still use the lift portion of my bed to get to the storage underneath. If you’re worried about some pesky mold, and those transition areas of your RV were condensation can hang out, just do yourself an and get one. Better to be safe than sorry.

This product is grossly inadequate for covering a queen-sized mattress base in an RV. To make it remotely functional, you'll need to section it off to address specific problem areas, which defeats the purpose of a full underlay. Worse yet, it turns your bed into a frustrating slip-and-slide unless securely adhered to the base. Without fixing it down properly, even routine tasks like changing the sheets become a cumbersome and aggravating chore.Currently winter camping in Ohio, I’ve observed zero tangible benefits from using this product, despite its exorbitant price. It fails to deliver on its promises, making it a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise against purchasing this.

It works well it’s comfy but you’re supposed to be able to cut it to size and it was MESSY . It’s pretty thin but it gets the job done

I wish I knew about this product sooner! We have a humidity issue in our RV during the cold months that makes getting into bed downright cold- but not anymore! This little barrier helps so much with airflow and the humidity. Installing it was a little challenging because of my space, but I managed to make it fit perfectly. This is worth every penny. It even makes our mattress have a little extra cushion. Highly recommend!
