I’ve now used the 30 and 50lb versions of these loops and am very impressed. Running them on 2, 3, 5, and 9wt lines and all perform nicely. This brand is very underrated for the price point and has performed well for the last three years for me.Here’s an old pro tip for these that I learned years ago if you’re struggling to use them. Start with cutting the tag end in half, fold it over to the base of the loop and cut at the bend. Then super glue it on to your line gluing the entire length of the remaining after feeding your line in. Leave it sit overnight after gluing. The connection is indestructible and will last as long as the line does.

Why on earth do they need to put EVERY SINGLE LOOP INTO ITS OWN BAG? What?Yeah, every little loop has a plastic bag for it. Horrible waste of plastic.On top of that, the actual loops are so tiny, I can hardly get a fly line head through most of them, let along form a proper loop connection.These are really bad quality, or mine are defective. I don't see how anyone could find any use in such tiny loops. They don't have to be so tiny on braided loops. It makes putting a shooting line onto a shooting head really a pain.If the loops were at least 2x larger and it didn't come with so many plastic bags, I would give it 4-5 stars.

Very easy to install, turned out faster and simpler than video DYIs. Although videos give good info on applying super glue.

I guess they look okay. It would have been nice if there were instructions on how to attach to the end of a fly line, because it looks pretty tricky.
