The heat has to be set for 93 for the floor to feel a little warm. Would not recommend

I have not installed this underfloor heating mat. That'll come in a couple of months, but under first review, this seems well made.The mat comes in a roll with the heating element fixed to the mesh which is impregnated with adhesive to make installation easy. From what I read, you roll it into the position you want and the adhesive keeps it put until you tile over it. I'm putting it in a bathroom.The yellow oddball looking gadget is actually a really nice touch: you hook it up with the wire harness and it will check for short circuits with an alarm. Very cool.Can't wait to put this in.

I have used a couple of different brands on previous tile jobs. I choose this one based on price mostly, but couldn’t tell what was different otherwise. I did have to purchase the thermostat separately, but I was able to get the same as was included with the last one I bought, and it was still a bunch less money than the last one, and it was a good deal compared to some of the ones I see. Don’t be fooled by price this works. I look for this brand when I get ready to heat another floor.

I was in the middle of a long going bathroom remodel and I saw this and decided to add one more thing. It is not real hard to install (that is if you’re doing a remodel). The little alarm tool that came with it was a nice handy feature. Now that the bathroom is almost done and winner is upon us, I can have some warm feet.

Nothing says luxury to me like radiantly heated floors.This will be just the right size for the bathroom and it's great that it can go right under the tile. My handyman husband says it will be easy peasy to install.The only bad news is that we probably won't be able to install until spring so I'll have to find another way to warm my toesies till then.
