Out of box it had a horribly loud fan noise like it was clicking against some inside. I emailed and called for service total of five times with one short email response but no answers how to fix it. I don’t know if I like the product or not because I can’t get any support to fix this one issue. If I don’t hear back soon I will pack it up and ship it back.

I had built a cabinet around the avanti model that has these same dimensions. It didn’t last long. So it sat as an empty hole for a long time since avanti discontinued this size and I didn’t want to buy from them again anyway. This one is quiet and has worked well for months now. My only complaint is that it’s not super cold inside so the ice is slightly “wet”. Not melted, but not frosty like you’d expect. So that’s the only reason for four stars.

What you need to know;After having it installed, leave it to rest vor 48 hrs before using it, and after that, follow the instructions. Transport can sometimes “stress” a machine like this.I am loving though, it makes ice like a champ. The instructions were fairly easy to follow, lol, but after having mulled over them an hr or so it was easy to install. Use a spirit level to make sure it is level, and you are set to go. Can recommend!
