When installing the bearing cover, please pay attention to the direction arrow and position number on the surface of the bearing cover, and tighten the bearing cover fastening bolts with a torque wrench according to the specified torque. In some cases, camshaft failures are caused by human factors, especially when the camshaft is not properly disassembled during engine maintenance. For example:
- Forcefully tap it with a hammer
- Pry it with a screwdriver
- Misalign the bearing cover with the housing due to incorrect position
- Tighten the bearing cover fastening bolts
