20mm opening for the hand held portion of the shower wand slot is not listed in the definition and is too small for my shower wand to fit in.

Have an 18 mm slide bar that acquired this for. Seems other reviewers have the same issue that it will not snug down and hold on the 18 mm bar. Either a design flaw or just plain defective.

This product is great to quickly install a new hand shower holder on a slide bar, however, it is very narrow and it barely fits an American standard handheld shower. The hole receiving the handheld shower really deserves to be a tad larger. Otherwise, the holder is strong, it clicks in position so the handheld shower does not flop to the floor.

Looked in all the big box stores around where we live and neither husband nor I could find this part. In our area there are lots of bar showers on the wall over tubs because the housing is older. Replacing this piece was much less expensive than replacing the entire unit. Also, much time saved as did not have to remove the bar from the wall. Read the easy instructions that came with and had piece installed in 5 minutes. Highly recommend. We bought the double package to have one on hand. But the quality seems very high so not anticipating a need for the second piece until this one wears out. It has an adjuster for the size of the bar. Saved us lots of money.

My hand held mount broke on the adjustable shower rod which is 19.5-20mm. I thought this would be the perfect replacement but when tightened as much as possible, I still could not get a tight fit. I added a small felt piece (~3mm) and still just get an OK fit. It appears this should tighten down further but the handle binds up and will not go any further. Same issue on both so it is a design issue or not sized for 18-25mm as described.

My original shower head holder broke. I tried one similar to this one and only lasted 3 days . I saw these and thought I would give them a try. Very easy to install and it works perfectly. And, the shower head doesn’t rotate down and fall off like the last I purchased. And, now I have a spare too!

Unit worked perfectly. Easy to install, fit fine on a 1” bar. By having a screw to secure the angle the shower head will operate you do not have to concern your self with the water pressure causing the shower head angle to change.
