Perfect tool. I'd this is what you need, you won't find much better.

I got this because a YouTube video told me it was what I needed to remove the spud from my radiator. I looked in all the local hardware stores and couldn’t find it. Ordered it here and it worked as intended. (I still ended up having to call a plumber because I couldn’t get a properly fitting spud wrench, but that isn’t the fault of this product).

Use these for caping steam pipes out of radiators and fittings all winter

First of all, as many have pointed out, the cutting edge is absurdly out of square, which matches the entire forging which is also crooked. The chisel blade itself has a 0.015" taper from the handle to the cutting edge (in narrower at the handle, thicker at the cutting point). As a machinist I could fix this to work for my news. As a machinist, I'm not wasting my time fixing garbage work. This tool is an embarassment to the US's reputation for quality. I'm insulted.

I bought this after ruining too many CV axle threads by just using an impact gun and not lifting the stake on the nut. Others in my shop do that too. The dealer required cape chisel was something like 10 times this price. For $10-15 this tool is great even if you only use it occationally. It will save you so much time and headache over using a cold chisel that doesn't fix correctly or using nothing at all.
