This belt molding removal tool works perfect. Every vehicle I've tried it on, it's removed the belt molding with ease.

Tool is thick, so you'll need to wedge the top of the door open some to get the tool down in there. Works great and it's sturdy enough not to break [like my Lisle puller did].

I love this tool. It helps me get belt moldings off like nothing! The only bad thing I can say is the shaft is slightly thick so on certain cra the glass gets in the way even when the window is rolled all the way down

I work in a body shop and have used several different name brand belt molding tools. The common problems with these tools are they are to big and bulky not allowing them to get behind the molding without hitting the window. They can also be to small allowing them to sneak behind the molding without hitting the window but they cannot get under the molding making them non effective. I saw the price on this tool and had to give it a shot. I found... and in my opinion the Mayhew Select 45049 CatsPaw Belt Removal Tool is one of, if not the best belt molding tool out there! It fits behind moldings sneaks past the windows and does its job with ease. I would recommend this tool to anyone who does work on car and truck doors.

decent tool for use in my arsenal of belt molding tools. I did however grind a bit of the inside edge off, cause the beveled edge it came with wasn't allowing the tool all the way under the lip of the moldings. other than that, it's only real weakness is that it is too thick to fit in most places. I like tools where you only have to roll the window down, not take it out to take off the molding.
