This fit as an exact replacement for the brake proportioning / load sensing valve on my 1994 Nissan D21 2WD. My old one was leaking. The OEM valve sells for around $300. This one didn't come up when searching by part number but it looked the same in the pics so I took a chance. I have had it installed a few months now and works perfectly with no leaking. Only thing I wish it came with is the plastic bushing that goes on the end of the spring or the whole bracket like the OEM comes with .
