I bought this gauge thinking it would work well for leak down testing on HVAC systems. Wrong. The device that senses the pressure is mounted on a small PC board that's screwed to the inlet fitting, with a small o-ring seal between the PC board and the fitting. I can't tell if the o-ring is leaking, or the air is leaking through the solder holes in the PC board but it leaks a significant amount of air. It measures static pressure OK, but when doing a leak down test, as soon as I shut off the source gas, the pressure starts dropping. I was tearing my hair out looking for a leak in the system, when in fact, the leak was in the GAUGE! I guess I should have known that it wasn't going to be a lab grade instrument for the price but I expected it to at least hold pressure. Live and learn. If you want a quality tool, buy it from a country that knows how to make them.

Works well. A couple of issues are that the 1/4" MNPT is short, so lots of tape is needed. Tape is provided, but better tape works better. Batteries lasted about 3 weeks with regular alkaline with gauge not lit, but displaying continuously.

Gauge is great. Very accurate, seems well made. But… you have to completely remove the gauge from your air source to change the battery. Which is awful. I used this one my trail rig so having to remove the gauge to change a battery is a hassle. It will get tossed in my tool box with all the other failed amazon purchases.

Easy to read and seems to work well/ accurate. It did not come with instructions , bet easy enough to figure out. Multi units to toggle through. Auto backlight dimmer. It even has a white lite in the backside - not even mentioned in the description ( or didnt see it ). If you go over 60, it has an OP display so I probably should have gotten the 0-100 - normal tire pressure is 40 for it’s most use

Conbined this with a 16 inch hose and locking chuck to make it easier to fill up my hard to reach tear tire valve on my motorcycle and the tires on my side by side. Works like a champ, no more fill / check, fill / check, etc. Once and done.

I replaced the dial gauge on my TireTek inflator (which was off by 20#) with this digital version. I compared it against my other two digital pressure gauges and my other CH dial inflator/gauge. They were all within 1psi of each other on pickup truck tires (35# or so). On low pressure tires (ATV tires @ 10psi) the three digital gauges, including this one, were within half a pound of each other. Dial gauge was 2# off which is to be expected when using large scale dial gauge on a low pressure application.
