Simple Operation
Temp value can be switched between Celsius and Fahrenheit degrees by pressing C/F button. Lock the temp with ON/OFF/H button, also can read temp value on the backlit display when remove the probe from food at any time.

Exactly what I needed for quick grilling meats. Turn it on.. push it into the meat.. .and you have the internal temperature displayed. Wipe it clean and store until the next time your grilling or even baking meats in the oven.
