A little tinny but packs a very powerful punch. When mic’d up in the studio there were no issues that I could find after a little editing. Great middle of the road China cymbal

Sounds amazing!!!!! The price is really good too for an 18" china. I ended up getting the whole series after trying out this one cymbal.

I'd gone through several china crashes before purchasing this one, and disliked each of them. They were too "gong-y", and had wayyyy too much sustain; none had that explosive (but not obnoxious) dry, crisp, washy sound I was looking for - the perfect sound for accents and hard rock rides. This one though, has that exact sound. Bright enough to cut, but doesn't stand out too much from the mix. Decay is trashy and quick - just like I wanted. I like it more and more every time I hit it.

I stacked this with an old 8in zildjian paper thin crash and the sound is perfect.

Hi,This particular cymbal was 1 style that i had been waiting for on market, the look is so great, the sound is a bit duller than i wished for. Nevertheless, i love it. Thanks to Meinl & Amazon.
