Meister Double-End Speed Bag D-Ring Anchors...What I like:The product features durable construction and includes strong, resilient bungees.With the included carabiner hardware and other accessories, the kit came with everything needed to get started with the double-ended speed bag, except for the leather bag and inflatable bladder, of course.The kit is fairly versatile for installation with varying ceiling heights, and was a perfect fit for my 8 ft ceiling.The performance is great and the product is built to last!What I don't like:There's not a single thing that I don't like about the product.I would order this item again.

I didn't use the included screws since I installed them in my headboard. I think I ended up using 5/16 bolts with lock nuts. Let's just say that there is no way these are coming loose. The screws that came with them would work just fine if you mount them to a stud, just make sure you drill the right size pilot hole. I think around 6mm or 1/4" would work. Whether you use these for exercise or other activities that require you to position and secure something(or someone) firmly in place, you won't be disappointed.

This is a heavy duty and quality d-ring anchor kit, but I did not receive bungee cords. Easy to install. Sturdy.

I was hoping for much more out of these. The kit did not come with the bungees nor the carabiners which the kit was supposed to and was priced accordingly.The plates and the D-rings are solid but the D-ring's seemed to be pulled out more than they should be. The manufacturer seemed to not press the rings enough.The will work but I can not in good faith recommend these.

On my first shipment, I got on a single anchor, that's it. Contacted the seller and the order was made right immediately! These things are pretty beefy!
