Woah. I gotta say being the first to review this I am impressed. So happy I went with this bed for my little one. It is literally a 5 inch memory foam mattress.

Seller cannot guarantee mattress size. Purchased this mattress for a toddler bed which was advertised to be 52 x 28 inches. After the mattress finally arrived(shipped out 2 days after expected delivery date) I allowed 48 hours to for full expansion. However mattress never expanded to listed size of 52 inches. At best mattress was 50.5 inches which left a gap in the bed where things fell into and allowed mattress to slide around. I reached out to the seller directly who patronized me about my ruler being crooked and that the 1.5 inches wouldn’t affect my use. I asked to simply have a new mattress of the appropriate size sent and they said they cannot guarantee the factory is making every mattress the right size. Seller offered me a $5 refund so there is that… Product not as advertised. Seller unwilling to make things right. Disappointed with the whole situation. More work to stuff the thing back in the box and refund it than just buy a new one from someone else. Seller probably can’t guarantee refunds either.
